Twin sisters Stephanie Hay-Welch and Daphne Hay-Giles were raised to believe that the key to a successful business is truth, honesty, and integrity. Their father Reggie Hay was the man behind the lesson of those core values. They still hold that dear to their hearts and use it as a key part of their business.
As the owners and operators of Industrial Fasteners & Supply, they have over 44 years of combined experience in the fastener industry. Stephanie and Daphne started the business together in May of 2016.
